Blessings for the New Year #Christmas #NewYear #amwriting #2018

Another year had come and is now nearly gone. 2017 was a great year for me. Besides putting out three novels, starting a new series, I have many more personal blessings that need to be acknowledged. I have the most supportive husband. Every day,  his simply standing by me, encouraging me, giving me his unconditional love, he builds me up without expectations. Without him, my dreams could not have become a reality. So, I want to thank him especially for all the little things he does daily to make our life together adventurous and fun.

To my stepdaughter, who gives honest critiques, has blessed us with her openly loving existence, always there to lend a helping hand, thank you for being you. And to my stepson who is charming and funloving, who brings laughter into our home, I cannot imagine our home without you in it. Our family is the most important thing in my life. With the addition of our new little bundle of joy, my inquisitive little granddaughter, the cherry has been added on top of our sundae.

Family and friends know how much I treasure them. Never let a day go by without letting those you love know of their importance in your life.

To my fans, the readers who have received my novels with praise, I want to thank you for taking the time to read and review my work. Your words have touched me deeply.

I’ve lived my life, making my decisions, with my gut. I’ve never analyzed things, but simply went with what I felt at that moment. I have no regrets. I believe that every road you take will lead you where you were meant to be. When I was young a phrase from The Sound of Music stuck with me.

“When the Lord closes a door, somewhere he opens a window.”
I do believe this. Never lose hope that you will find your way out of any given situation. When things are at their bleakest, that’s when the magic happens. I wish that magic on each and every one of you.
I wish you all the very best in the New Year. May all your hopes and dreams come true. Have the merriest Christmas, enjoy family and friends, and may the universe grant you all you desire.
